Week 31 - May 1 - May 7, 2007

One day Andreas says 'we should put in a sky light'.  Next thing I know, we did.  

But first, he started taking down the chimney in preparation for the new roof.  I took down the rest on the second floor in preparation for...well for whatever... just to get it out of the way!

a little dirty but what else is new	There it is from the road (no glass installed until the roofer's are done)	how it looks now there is more light!
Chimney, as it stood one Sunday morning	Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall	i have no comment for this one
down she goes	right to the ground!	the Chimney is no more
it's been relocated	but wait, there's more	the view
Upon closer inspection, we find ANOTHER joist that was cut straight through, and was not supported on the chimney.	this looks good (soon to be a closet).
